Devlog #5: Second Draft Complete!
I would love to tell you that The Dragon's Last Flight is finished and ready to go live. Now would be the perfect time, wouldn't it, for something new to play--a new fairy tale to escape into?
Alas, we're not quite there yet, folks. But progress IS being made. As of last week, the second draft of the TDLF script is complete! Huzzah!
For now, it is in my co-conspirator Odd Lazdo's hands to read and review for the first time... fingers crossed she enjoys it! While she reads, I'll be reading, too--brushing up on my Ren'Py knowledge in preparation for the next step once edits are complete. Programming, ahoy!
It's amazing how productive one gets when everything is closed and there really is nothing better to do besides wishing on falling stars with your friends in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
I hope you all are doing well. I know this is a pretty short update, by my standards, but the views, downloads, and feedback keeps rolling in, so I wanted to keep everyone updated and reassured that yes, this project is still happening--and yes, I'm still optimistic about releasing it later this year. Keep your fingers crossed, your hands washed, and your families safe. See you in the next update! :)
